Refund Policy
NCTT will pay the fees for the first time exams, Both written and practical. In the unlikely event a candidate fails the written exam NCTT will permit that candidate to attend as many classes as necessary free of charge until such time that candidate passes the written exam. IAI/CCO fees not included. NCTT will refund 100% of the practical training fees, provided the refund is requested within the first week of practical training.
